Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
4 eggs
4 scoops Almond Butter
3 tbspns melted coconut oil
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tbspns cinnamon
1 dash of vanilla
1 pinch of sea salt (optional)
1/4 cup almond milk
2 tbspns ground flaxseed (optional- I add for fiber)
1 generous handful of dark chocolate chips (personal favorite it life choice. can find it in the gluten-free section of store. Look for 70% cocoa or more)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (I toss in coconut oil in pan while oven is preheating)
Mix ingredients and toss in blender/nutribullett
Pour Batter in loaf pan (make sure it's well oiled. sides too!)
Bake for 45-50 minutes
Let cool and serve
